Deposit & Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, we kindly require a small deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to your final design fee.
- Cancellations made 48 hours in advance are fully refundable.
- Cancellations within less than 48 hours of the scheduled time may result in a forfeited deposit.
- Rescheduling is always possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your new preferred date.
